Step inside our Haunted House and make your way through a dark, winding maze filled with creepy characters, unexpected scares and eerie surprises. The walk-through may be quick—but your admission gives you unlimited access throughout the event, so you can brave the Haunted House as many times as you dare!

On select nights, we’ll also show a classic horror movie on the big screen inside The Block Theater, giving you another frighteningly fun reason to stay.

• Children 3 and under are free
• Each ticket is valid only for the date selected
• Movie screenings are available only on select event nights
• Please check the schedule for movie dates, titles and showtimes when it's released.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket, entering the Haunted Nights Haunted Experience, or participating in any portion of the event, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

The Haunted Nights Haunted Experience is designed to be a frightening and immersive experience and may include, but is not limited to, darkness, loud noises, flashing or strobe lighting, theatrical effects, fog, confined or narrow spaces, uneven surfaces, sudden movements, actors, props, sets, special effects, and other elements intended to startle or frighten attendees.

By entering the event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including the risk of personal injury, illness, property damage, or other loss that may occur as a result of participating in or attending the event.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Georgia law, attendees agree to release and hold harmless Haunted Nights Haunted Experience, You42 Studios, and their respective owners, operators, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from claims for injury, loss, or damage arising from or related to participation in the event, including risks inherent in or ordinarily associated with a haunted attraction.

This release does not apply to claims that cannot legally be waived or released under applicable law.

2. ATTENDEE RESPONSIBILITY & DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Attendees are expected to treat all props, sets, scenery, equipment, decorations, and other property at the Haunted Nights Haunted Experience with care.

Any attendee who intentionally, recklessly, or negligently damages, destroys, breaks, or otherwise causes damage to event property may be held financially responsible for the resulting damage may be charged up to $600 per individual item damaged. The actual amount charged will be based on the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing the damaged property.

3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

The following conduct is prohibited:

• Touching, striking, pushing, or otherwise physically interfering with actors or staff;
• Damaging or tampering with props, sets, scenery, equipment, or decorations;
• Running through the attraction;
• Fighting, threatening, or harassing other guests, actors, or staff;
• Bringing weapons or prohibited items onto the premises;
• Consuming or bringing outside food or beverages into the attraction; and
• Any other conduct that management reasonably determines creates a safety concern or disrupts the experience.

Management reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates these rules. No refunds will be provided to attendees removed for violating the Terms & Conditions.

4. HEALTH & SAFETY

Haunted Nights Haunted Experience may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions or sensitivities, including conditions that may be affected by darkness, flashing lights, loud noises, fog, confined spaces, or sudden fright.

Attendees are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for themselves and for informing event staff of any relevant safety concerns when necessary.

If you become uncomfortable, ill, injured, or otherwise unable to continue, notify a staff member immediately.

5. RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION

Haunted Nights Haunted Experience and its management reserve the right to refuse admission or remove an attendee from the event when reasonably necessary for safety, security, property protection, or enforcement of these Terms & Conditions.
